Join Foodello – Fighting Food Waste, One Order at a Time!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and eager to join a fast-growing, impact-driven start-up? Foodello is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist who is a native Dutch speaker with a strong command of French, to support our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium!
No prior experience? No problem! If you have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, we’ll provide training to get you up to speed.
Practicalities
This role is part-time & flexible, 12-24 hours per week, the hours and days are agreed well on time together. During vacation periods, you may have the option to work up to 40 hours per week.

About us
Demand and supply never perfectly match, and that is why there is always too much food produced. Food waste is the price of certainty. Some of the excess food ends up in the trash rather than in a regular grocery store.
We, Fiksuruoka/Foodello, were born to fix this. First as one person's garage project, now as a company of over 50 people working in several countries.
The amount grows every single day because when surplus items first find their way to us, they next find their way to you at a very cheap price. You simply choose your favourites from our constantly changing selection, and the products are delivered eco-friendly wherever you live.
Since our founding year in 2016, our mission has been simple: we rescue food from going to waste. We want to normalize the use of high-quality surplus food by making it easy and cheap to buy them.
That is why we at Fiksuruoka/Foodello come to work. Together with our customers and suppliers, we have already saved 15 million kilograms of good food from going to waste.
We won't be needed when there is no longer any excess food produced in the world. But until then: if you wish to save food and money, we welcome you to the online store of rescued food.
